 Highly recommend this MAGICAL adventure in St. Croix! Cowboy Steve, Jaqueline and Milan were personable and knowledgeable and did a great job matching horse to rider. An unexpected treat was the Circle Gathering prior to riding which connected and grounded us to one another and was so beautifully led by Steve. Such a Light!! The highlights of the ride were trotting through a lovely meadow of old plantations and wading/swimming in the gorgeous Caribbean at sunset. The whole experience exceeded all expectations and we can’t wait to join this wonderful team again soon!

 You never know what you need until it happens some times. Equus Rides with Cowboy and Jacqueline was amazing! There spirit radiates joy and happiness which extends to their very trained horses. Cowboy gets a feel for which horse everyone should be matched up too based off personalities and riding levels of course but you can not go wrong here. We enjoyed the time spent with the team and the team includes the horses! Valentine stole my husbands heart for sure! As Ginger stole mine. My soul needed this journey and it was a delightful learning experience.

Super shout out to Jacqueline for finding my husband watch in the sea. Truly amazing! You are!

  My family and I (family of 5 (with three 18+ year old grown children)) were simply amazed at the experience. In the past, we have been on several guided tours and they were nice but conventional. This is not your typical ride. Our first interaction with Cowboy Steve we knew he was a special and compassionate horse owner and his team of Jacqueline and Steven fully embraced his vision of what the experience should be. We started by getting to know each and them assigning a horse based on personality and riding skills. Very personalized. From that moment we felt as if we were family with all of them being very patient in getting us 'saddled up'. All three of them (Cowboy Steve, Jacqueline, and Steve) accompanied us on foot to ensure the horses and the riders were completely at ease, which allowed for us to get to know each the horses and the staff on a personal level. Cowboy Steve being in the area 30+ years knows the island! The water interaction was simply awe inspiring as Cowboy Steve and Jacqueline patiently and amazingly allowed the riders and the horses to ease into the water and to embrace the experience. I couldn't help but just to watch the interactions between them and my family. This by far was my favorite activity of our vacation!!! If you are looking for a unique experience with wonderful people and horses... look no further. Highly recommend!

 Would give this place 100 stars! ⭐️ This was the experience of a lifetime!!!! No cliche at all. We had an amazing time with “Cowboy Steve” and Jacqueline learning the history of the island, how to treat horses, how the island was formed, and so much more! We started our ride with a meditation to get us in the present moment, we got to know the horses before riding, and got really detailed instructions on how to ride safely. It was our second time on a horse but first time in the sea with a horse! I would love to do this again someday 💕 Go see them!

  We went on a honeymoon to st Thomas and literally traveled to st croix for 1 day just to do this activity. We experienced all kinds of issues getting to st croix, we only stayed 1 night on the island, but it was worth the effort to get there because this was my favorite experience of all time. It made our honeymoon feel magical. The staff is incredible, you don’t need any experience and they are so patient and so friendly. Cowboy Steve is amazing, he makes everything fun. Our biggest takeaway is how much Steve and the staff care about the horses, you can tell that they love them and treat them so well. You HAVE TO do this if you are visiting the Virgin Islands, even if you have to take a seaplane, a ferry, or swim to st croix to have this experience of a lifetime!!
